Individual Therapy

All the work I do is about bringing you back to your Self.

“Individual therapy is about bringing you back to your Self, so that you become more conscious and connected within yourself, which makes it possible to connect with others. You must be connected before you can connect with anyone else.”

I work with individuals in the context of their relationships, based on the paradox that the cause is the cure. I believe that all the pains and struggles that bring people to seek therapy are relationship sourced. They’re either caused by or exacerbated by the failure of your (primary) relationships to provide adequate nourishment that leaves a backlog of pain from unmet emotional needs.

When you’re able to make your relationships work better, the struggles, issues and pains that brought you into therapy tend to resolve themselves.

When you’re able to make your relationships work better, the struggles, issues and pains that brought you into therapy tend to resolve themselves.

Having a relationship with your Self is the key to everything. When you have a relationship with your Self, all your relationships will work better. You’ll become a powerhouse of connectivity and creativity, elevate your consciousness and become more self-aware.

When you have a relationship with your Self, you have access to the juicy essence of your experience. You become more connectable, magnetic, attractive and irresistible. It’s what gives you substance and depth when you’re relating. It’s also what makes it possible to connect more deeply and intimately.
