Counseling and Consulting
Psychotherapy - those struggling in relationships -- personal or work-related; recovering from addictions – drugs, alcohol, compulsive gambling, porn, sex and love addictions; struggling with symptoms of depression and anxiety; or are going through major life changes.
Couples Counseling - affords the couple an opportunity to learn about the creative process of relationship building, identify sabotaging behavior and practice intimate communication. Common issues that bring couples to counseling include communication issues, continuous conflict, anger management, lack of intimacy, affairs, addictions, need to separate or divorce, and major life changes.
Pre-Marital Counseling - preparing those planning a future together for the rigors of a lasting intimate relationship. It offers the couple an opportunity to explore and practice communicating about goals, conflicts, differences, difficult feelings, needs, expectations – spoken and unspoken and issues that would otherwise be avoided or denied.
Family Therapy - giving families the opportunity to repair relationships broken and damaged by unresolved issues and unexpressed communication; all relationships in the family including parent/child and siblings are given new life.
Intervention - a formalized process in which significant others confront a loved one about his/her addiction or any other mental health related concern, and need for treatment.
